“Excuse me!” I shrieked, trying to grab the sales lady’s attention while standing in the middle of a department store’s cosmetic section. Finally, she made her way over to me and asked if I needed assistance. “Yes, I’m looking for a luxury fragrance that’s made in the USA with the finest natural ingredients and best essential oils. One that isn’t like every other fragrance that I’ve smelled here today. What’s the best exotic perfume that you have?” I asked.

“Well…um, that’s a pretty large request,” she mumbled. “It’s difficult to find a fragrance that matches all of your criteria.”

I became disappointed and was about to walk away when another shopper made her way up to us at the counter. “That doesn’t sound like a hard request to me at all!
