We all know that the newest trend in the beauty world is giving off the appearance of pouty lips! (Thanks, Kylie Jenner!) If you’re like the rest of the world that can’t afford to pay for pricy lip injections, don’t worry! We’ve come up with some of the simplest tips to make your lips look seriously plump!

• Even though one of the latest trends is matte lip colors, you can still achieve an appearance of pouty lips (and even squeeze in a little bit of moisture) by using a bit of the same colored gloss in the middle of your top lip and bottom lip. Always make sure to focus on your cupid’s bow on your top lip to take it a step further. This will give the appearance that your lips are plumper and juicier in the center.



• Also keeping with the same theme of focusing on the center of your lips and your cupid’s bow, you can use your favorite light eyeshadow and place it in the center of your top and bottom lips after you apply your favorite lip color or lip stain to instantly give your lips a pop. Make sure to blend it out so it appears to naturally reflect the light and voila!



• After you put on your favorite lipstick, you can even take it a step further by using a highlighter to outline your cupid’s bow. During this step, don’t worry about slightly over lining your top lip. You can always go over the highlight with a lip pencil that matches your lip stick and slightly over line your top lip. Be careful not to go too crazy as over lining your lips can get excessive pretty quickly. However, when done correctly, you can easily achieve a sensual pout, without the harshness and cost of sticking needles in your face!
